Return Policy

General Policy

We will gladly return purchased products within thirty (30) days of original purchase provided the item is in like-new condition. All original packaging, manuals and included accessories must be returned. If any of these items are missing, a restocking fee will apply.

Exceptions

Software: Computer software may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase provided the packaging has been unopened.

Post-paid Cellular phones may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days of purchase provided the phone has no more than 30 minutes of use. Pre-paid Cellular phones may be returned or exchanged within fifteen (15) days of purchase provided the phone has no more than 15 minutes of use. Any additional airtime added will not be refunded. All original packaging and accessories must be returned with the item and in like-new condition or a restocking fee will apply. Returning a phone may not constitute a cancellation or change to the contract terms signed.

Prepaid Cards: Due to the nature of prepaid electronic pins, once they have been purchased, we cannot return these items for any reason. All technical related issues should be communicated directly with Bell Mobility at 1-800-667-0123 or *611 from your cellular phone (no charge call).

Desktop and Notebook Computers: Computer systems may be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase in new condition with all original packaging and accessories or a restocking fee will apply.

Bell TV™ Equipment & Receivers: Bell TV™ (formerly ExpressVu) products, excluding accessories, may only be returned within thirty (30) days provided the equipment has not been activated and all original packaging and parts are returned with the product.

Xplornet Satellite Equipment: Once installed, Xplornet equipment cannot be returned to any Cox location. All returns must be completed with Xplornet directly by phone at 1-866-841-6001.

 

Special order items, installed computer and vehicle parts, service parts and labour
are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
